Dr. Serafettin Saracoglu

Dr. Serafettin Saracoglu, specializing in Dermatology, was born in Istanbul in 1965. He completed his initial schooling at Oruç Gazi Primary School and Şehremini High School before joining Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1982, earning his medical degree in 1988.

Saracoglu's professional path began at Muş, Hasköy Central Health Center as a physician in 1989. He then joined Çorlu State Hospital's Emergency Polyclinic after about 13 months. Following his military service, Saracoglu started work at International Hospital in 1992, an environment that offered a chance for further learning alongside experienced physicians.

Saracoglu's time in the General Intensive Care unit provided him with exposure to varied patient conditions and the need for crisis management skills. With the decision to deepen his knowledge, he undertook a specialty exam and went on to become a Dermatology specialist at Vakıf Gureba Hospital Dermatology Clinic after 3.5 years of training.

Saracoglu has a keen interest in dermatological LASER applications, an aspect he began exploring during his specialty training. This interest guided him as he managed the Dermatological LASER units at the International Hospital and the JFK Hospital.

In 2005, Saracoglu established his own clinic, focusing on dermatological LASER applications and aesthetic dermatology. His role extends beyond patient care to include training assignments for different LASER companies at the national and international level. He stays updated in his field, regularly participating in practical training related to filling applications, mesotherapy, and different product application techniques.

Saracoglu leads a balanced personal life with his spouse and two children. His contributions to the medical field continue with his ongoing commitment to learning and practicing dermatology.
