Dr. Salih Onur Basat

Dr. Salih Onur Basat is a renowned board-certified plastic surgeon based in Şişli, Istanbul, offering a wide range of aesthetic surgeries, including breast and body contouring procedures. He has board certifications from both the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons and the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS). He is the co-founder of ClincPlast, an upscale beauty clinic in Istanbul.

Dr. Salih Onur Basat was born in Mersin, southern Turkey on June 5, 1980. He studied medicine at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and received his M.D. in 2005. Due to his interest in plastic surgery, Dr. Basat continued his education in this field and entered Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine to study aesthetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery and graduated in 2011.

Dr. Salih Onur Basat then completed the 2-year mandatory public service term from 2012 to 2014 at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital and after obtaining his board certifications started to work as a plastic surgery specialist. He also published many scholarly articles in prestigious national and international journals and participated in and presented papers to specialized conferences.

As a prolific plastic surgeon who is among the top surgeons in Turkey in terms of the number of body-contouring procedures, Dr. Salih Onur Basat receives patients from all over the world, especially Europe.
