Dr. Ozlem Tekin

Dr. Özlem Tekin, a dermatologist in Ankara, was born in 1979 and completed her primary education at Ankara Yücetepe Primary School, followed by secondary and high school education at Çankaya Milli Piyango Anatolian High School. She graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 2003. After successfully passing her specialty exam, Dr. Tekin undertook dermatology specialty training at the Department of Dermatology at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine.

Following her specialty training, Dr. Tekin served at Konya Beyhekim State Hospital for about a year in 2009. She was later appointed to Ankara Keçiören Training and Research Hospital in 2010, where she worked for approximately 11 years. During her tenure, she participated in various national and international academic journals and congresses. In November 2021, Dr. Tekin opened her own practice to continue her professional activities.

Dr. Tekin has completed various vocational courses and trainings, such as Dermatoscopy, Basic Dermatopathology, Cosmelan Dermamelan Spot Treatment, Dermatocosmetology, Methodology in Medical Research, Filling Applications, Dermatolalergy, Hair in All Aspects, All Aspects of Nail, Vitamin Injections and Total Mesotherapy Practices.

Her professional affiliations include the Turkish Dermatology Association, Ankara Skin and Venereology Association, Psoriasis Association, and Ankara Medical Chamber.

As of December 2021, Dr. Tekin has been practicing at her clinic in Çankaya, Ankara. Her academic background includes a specialization in Skin and Venereal Diseases from Gazi University, completed between May 2004 and October 2009, where she was involved with the Turkish Dermatology Association, Ankara Skin and Venereology Association, and Psoriasis Association.
