Dr. Ozan Bitik

Dr. Ozan Bitik is a plastic surgeon with a focus on facial plastic surgery. He operates from his private practice in Ankara and performs surgeries at various private hospitals in the city, including Bayındır Söğütözü Hospital.

Educated at TED Ankara College, Dr. Bitik pursued his medical degree at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, graduating in 2004. He specialized in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at the same university. Furthering his education, he obtained a master's degree in Aesthetic Surgery from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in the USA, where he gained experience in a wide range of plastic surgery procedures.

During his time in the USA, Dr. Bitik also engaged in post-residency training. His work in deep plane facial anatomy was recognized at the American Society of Plastic Surgeons Congress in 2012.

After his studies in the USA, Dr. Bitik returned to Turkey and dedicated his practice to facial aesthetics. He served as a faculty member at Hacettepe University, Department of Plastic Surgery, and attained the rank of Associate Professor in 2015. His role included involvement in various areas of plastic surgery and education.

Dr. Bitik has published more than 35 articles in international scientific journals. His research contributes to the fields of rhinoplasty and facial aesthetics. He emphasizes the importance of evidence-based practices in his clinical work.

In addition to his clinical duties, Dr. Bitik maintains a web blog focused on facial aesthetics. The blog is a resource for information in this area, written in Turkish.
