Dr. Mahmut Oğurlu, born in 1986 in Kırşehir, Turkey, has established a commendable career in medicine, specifically in the field of otolaryngology. He embarked on his medical journey at Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine, where he completed his undergraduate studies in 2010. Following his graduation, Dr. Oğurlu gained experience as a general practitioner in Yozgat and Mardin before commencing his specialization in Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) diseases at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University's Rize Training and Research Hospital in 2011.
