Dr. Luiz Toledo

Dr. Luiz Toledo, a specialist in plastic surgery, has been practicing for over 30 years, with a background in both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. His career started in São Paulo, Brazil, where he gained membership in the Brazilian Plastic Surgery Society due to his extensive experience and qualifications in the field.

Throughout his career, Dr. Toledo has worked internationally, contributing to the field of plastic surgery with his surgical expertise and artistic sensitivity. He is recognized for innovating the Liposculpture technique, a method involving the gentle removal and re-injection of fat cells, which he began over 30 years ago. This technique led to the development of the Brazilian Buttock Technique, now a globally adopted procedure.

In addition to his surgical work, Dr. Toledo actively engages in educating young surgeons. He regularly participates as a lecturer, sharing his knowledge and experiences to advance surgical techniques and promote safer practices in plastic surgery.

Dr. Toledo holds the title of Specialist in Plastic Surgery from the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery and the Medical Association of Brazil. He also serves as a Professor of Post-graduate Education in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery with ISAPS. Currently, Dr. Toledo practices at Shape Medical Centre, operates at the Dubai London Clinic Specialty Hospital in Dubai, and works at Hospital Saint Louis in Lisbon.
