Dr. Jiri Bayer

Dr. Jiri Bayer is a recognized plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Prague, Czech Republic. He offers a wide range of reconstructive and aesthetic procedures, with a focus on microsurgery, hand and facial surgery, and treatment of tumors, congenital defects, and soft tissue injuries.

Dr. Bayer studied medicine at the 3rd Medical Faculty of Charles University. He received surgical training at the department of surgery of Na Františku Hospital and the department of surgery of Royal Vinohrady Teaching Hospital. He completed an internship program in microsurgery at the Plastic Reconstructive Microsurgery Center, the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan, which is among the most prestigious medical centers in the world.

Dr. Jiri Bayer is a chief physician at the Adult Ward and a chief physician of the operating theatres at the Plastic Surgery Clinic at the 3rd Medical Faculty of Charles University and the Royal Vinohrady Teaching Hospital. He is also engaged in teaching activities, including teaching graduate and post-graduate students at the 3rd Medical Faculty, Charles University, in Czech and English.

In the private sector, Dr. Bayer worked at the GHC Clinic Prague for several years and currently offers consultative and surgical services at the  Forme Clinic in Prague. 

• 2008 – the completion of his master’s degree in general practice at the 3rd Medical Faculty of Charles University, awarded the title of Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)
