Dr. Ercan Cihandide

Dr. Ercan Cihandide, based in Istanbul, specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He pursued his early education at The Koc School in Istanbul, later moving to Marmara University's Faculty of Medicine where he earned his medical degree in 2001.

Dr. Cihandide furthered his training in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. During this period, he undertook specialized work at Nottingham City Hospital in England, focusing on Head and Neck and Breast Surgery. He also gained experience in Facial Surgery and Craniomaxillofacial Surgery at the Institute for Craniofacial and Reconstructive Surgery in Southfield, MI, USA. 

In the realm of research, Dr. Cihandide introduced a technique for prominent ear repair in 2009, which was presented at the 13th National Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Association Congress and the International ISAPS course in Istanbul.
