Dr. Cemal Aygit

Dr. Cemal Aygit initiated his medical career at the Faculty of Medicine at Ege University, where he received his medical degree in 1986. Soon after, he began his specialization in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine.

Seeking to broaden his medical knowledge, Dr. Aygit participated in a Basic Medicine and Clinical Medicine Sciences training program in Orlando, U.S.A., during 1988-1989. Further, in 1992, he developed a focus on lip-palate clefts at the Frenchay, Bristol Hospital in Britain.

By 1995, Dr. Aygit had joined the Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department at the Trakya University Faculty of Medicine as an Assistant Professor. His academic journey led him to become an Associate Professor in 1999 and later a full Professor in 2005. In the same year, he undertook work related to orthognathic surgery at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine.

In 2007, Dr. Aygit transitioned to the Ministry of Health Istanbul Bağcılar Training and Research Hospital. His responsibilities increased in 2008 when he was appointed as Chief of the Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic. By 2010, he was heading the Burns Unit. In 2011, he added a subspecialty in Hand Surgery to his credentials.

Dr. Aygit moved to Medical Park Istanbul Bahçelievler Hospital in 2012. The following year, he added another specialty to his portfolio - Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery - and started a professorship at the Istanbul Kemerburgaz University Faculty of Medicine.

Between 2014 and 2019, Dr. Aygit was involved in running a clinic in Fulya, Istanbul, providing services in his field of specialization.

Doctor Aygit was born in Izmir in 1959 and completed his education in Istanbul. He is a member of the Turkish Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association and holds a "Plastic Surgery Proficiency Certificate" from the same association.

The clinic under Dr. Aygit's management offers a wide range of services including, but not limited to, Breast Enlargement, Breast Reduction, Abdominal Aesthetics, and Liposuction. Non-surgical aesthetic options such as PRP, Botox, and Hand rejuvenation are also available.
