Dr. Bulent Satar

Prof. Dr. Bulent Satar was born in Iskenderun in 1967 and completed his foundational education there. He graduated from GATA Military Medical Faculty in 1990. His initial medical practice included roles as a general practitioner within the Naval Forces Command. Dr. Satar specialized in ENT diseases, finishing his specialist training at the GATA ENT Department in 1996.

From 1996 to 1998, he served as an ENT Specialist at the Aksaz Naval Base Command Infirmary and Haydarpaşa Military Hospital. Subsequently, he was appointed as an assistant professor at GATA ENT Department in 1998, later achieving the rank of associate professor in 2004 and professor in 2010.

Dr. Satar is fluent in English and has a family with two children. By 2017, he had completed 27 years in the medical field, with 12 years in office medicine.
