Dr. Berker Buyukgural

Dr. Berker Büyükgüral is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a wealth of experience and expertise in his field. Born on January 2, 1979, in Adana, Dr Buyukgural embarked on his medical journey at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 1997. As a dedicated student, he showcased exceptional skills and dedication to his craft.

In 2003, Dr. Buyukgural successfully passed the examination of Tıp International Medical Students Committee, which allowed him to pursue further medical education at Moscow Sklifasovski Hospital. During this time, he gained valuable insights and hands-on experience that shaped his approach to plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Büyükgüral's passion for his field led him to join Gaziantep University Faculty of Medicine Plastic Surgery Clinic in 2004. It was there that he delved into the intricacies of microsurgery under the guidance of experienced mentors. In the same year, he further honed his skills by studying at Şişli Etfal Hospital, specializing in microsurgery techniques.

Expanding his knowledge and skill set, he pursued advanced training in face lifting and body contouring at Oymak Plastic Surgery Clinic in 2008. Seeking to enhance his expertise even further, he worked as a fellow at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2009, where he gained invaluable insights into the latest developments in his field.

Dr. Büyükgüral's dedication to research and academic pursuits is evident through his publication on microtia patients, which was published as a scientific paper in the esteemed International Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2009. This contribution showcased his commitment to advancing the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery.

From 2009 to 2011, Dr. Büyükgüral completed his compulsory service in Batman, where he provided crucial medical care and services to the local community. Following this, he worked at Private World Hospital in 2011, further solidifying his experience and reputation.

Throughout his career, He has collaborated with numerous prestigious hospitals in Istanbul from 2009 to 2015, performing a wide range of complex surgeries. In 2015, he established his own clinic in Istanbul, attracting a diverse clientele from various countries who sought his expertise. Dr. Büyükgüral's patients consistently report high levels of satisfaction with the outcomes of their procedures.
