Dr. Aykut Misirlioglu

Born on October 13, 1966, Dr. Misirlioglu completed his master's degree in Medical School at Istanbul University in 1991 and earned his specialization in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery from the TR Ministry of Health Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital in 2000.

Dr. Aykut Misirlioglu, born in Malatya, pursued his medical degree from Istanbul University's Faculty of Medicine. His early career, spanning from 1994 to 1998, was marked by significant roles as a research assistant, first at Istanbul University's Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in the Cardiovascular Surgery department, and subsequently in the Chest Diseases clinics.

Furthering his specialization, Dr. Misirlioglu undertook his Plastic Surgery training at Haydarpaşa Numune Hospital. His commitment to the field extended to a decade of contributions at Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital, balancing both academic responsibilities and clinical practice. Since 2014, he has embraced a more independent practice, focusing on his clinic.

In 2013, an educational sojourn led him to the United States, specifically to Case Western University in Cleveland. Here, without engaging in any formal role, Dr. Misirlioglu observed the work at Prof. Dr. Bahman Guyuron's clinic, an experience that broadened his exposure to different methodologies, particularly in facial rejuvenation procedures.

Beyond his professional life, Dr. Misirlioglu harbors a passion for music and sports. For over a decade, he has been a licensed triathlete and open water swimmer, actively participating in numerous competitions both locally and internationally. His musical journey, notably with the classical guitar, commenced during his primary school years and evolved into more than 25 solo concerts during his university tenure.
