Dr. Andac Aykan

Dr. Andac Aykan is a professional in the field of Aesthetic, Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgery. Having obtained his medical degree from Gulhane Faculty of Medicine in 2003, Dr. Aykan underwent his residency program at GATA Plastic Surgery, specializing in Aesthetic, Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgery in 2011.

In 2017, he was accorded the title of Associate Professor. Subsequently, he served as a lecturer at Istanbul Yeditepe University in the Department of Aesthetic, Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgery from 2017 until 2020.

Since August 2020, Dr. Aykan has been conducting his clinical studies and offering his professional services at Aykan Clinic, which he established in Istanbul Nişantaşı.

Throughout his career, Dr. Aykan has focused on specific areas within his field. One of his significant areas of focus has been "Fat Tissue and Stem Cells," which was the subject of his 2011 thesis. That same year, he received the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery National Competency Certificate.

He was awarded the Second Prize in a national competition by the Turkish Surgical Association in 2011 and was acknowledged by the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Association in 2015.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Aykan has authored more than 50 academic articles, contributed to various books, and translated several academic texts. He often participates in TV and Radio programs related to his field and writes articles for various media outlets.
