Is it possible to receive new fillers to correct these concerns?
I've had issues with poorly done cheek and nasolabial fillers, resulting in a different face shape and a noticeable bump. Is it possible to receive new fillers to correct these concerns? I'm 31 years old, and I visited a plastic surgeon to address my major insecurity, which was my smile lines. The surgeon recommended fillers not only for my smile lines but also for my cheeks to help with the nasolabial folds. However, the outcome has left me with a changed face shape, with a loss of fullness in my cheeks. Additionally, the filler was misplaced in my most problematic nasolabial fold, resulting in a noticeable bump. While my smile lines have improved, the cheek fillers are still prominent. Is it possible for me to receive new fillers for my smile lines despite the presence of the bump?
Hello and thank you for your question. I would suggest you to wait. As you have bump on your nasolabial fold it might a be a granuloma formation due to your previous filler injection. I recommend you to consult this with a board certified plastic surgeon in person. Good luck.
