Is it possible to achieve these revisions through surgery?

I underwent rhinoplasty, but I desire to lower the tip of my nose and rectify the curved portion. Is it possible to achieve these revisions through surgery? After my rhinoplasty, my nose ended up looking really short, turned up, and wide, almost like a bony shape. Can a revision fix this? I want to bring down the tip of my nose and fix the curved part.

In every case, the ideal result may not be achieved, but in general, there is no deformity that cannot be corrected within certain limits. Depending on the content of the problem in the nose, if the cartilage in the nose is not sufficient for the procedure, rib cartilage may need to be removed.

Hello. I had my first nose job and then a revision nine months later. It's been six months since the revision, and from the front, my nose still looks wide. I'm wondering if it's possible to have a minor procedure done in a clinic setting to make it look narrower and more refined?

I have one more question. How long should I take a break from wine and beer before I go in for my nose job? Is there a specific number of days or weeks recommended?

I'm thinking about getting a nose job, but my work schedule is pretty tight. Can I go back to work just a few days after the surgery? Like, can I use tape to help my nose and keep working without needing a lot of downtime?

I had a second rhinoplasty, and I've observed that the bump that was fixed during the initial surgery has returned. Is this scenario feasible? After the initial surgery, my nasal bridge wasn't defined, and the tip of my nose was large, accompanied by asymmetrical swelling. Consequently, the septum
