Do I meet the requirements for dental implant surgery?

Hello, following my accident, I sustained a mandibular fracture and experienced tooth loss in the maxillary area. I've consulted with two doctors regarding my condition. The first, a maxillofacial surgeon, reviewed my CBCT X-rays and concluded that I am a suitable candidate for dental implants. However, the second doctor had a differing opinion. They stated that I may not be eligible for dental implants because my jaw may not accommodate the necessary 3mm size for each implant. Instead, they recommended an implant bridge and a bone graft in the affected area on the right side.

By your image I only can see one angle of your jaw, which makes impossible to decide what time of implants you need. There are many types of implants, the conventional one, that everyone knows attached to the jaw but exists one call Zigoma they are attached to the facial bone, this procedure is recommended ONLY for very specific cases when bone grafting is not possible. This might be your case, however only after a physical consultation with a CT scan and Panoramic Xray the Prosthodontist and the Surgeon can decided. This procedure is done EXCLUSIVELY by a team of specialists duo the complexity.

I've recently had dental implants with crowns placed, but the crowns feel unusual and bulky. It seems like the tooth is occupying too much space. I've had one molar on the top and one on the bottom done, and both feel uncomfortable. Additionally, there are noticeable indentations or holes on them.
