could using fillers and laser treatments make my nose bigger unintentionally?
I'm considering fillers and laser treatments, but I'm worried they might unintentionally increase the size of my nose. Can you advise if these procedures pose any risk of altering the appearance of my nose in a way that I don't want? I want to ensure that any treatment I pursue enhances my features without causing any unwanted changes.

There is no reason laser treatment makes your nose bigger. And about fillers you should specify where in your face you want to get fillers. That too is unlikely to affect your nose size.
