Can liposuction on my abdominal, back, and flank areas enhance my buttocks definition without requiring a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)? I believe my current buttock size is adequate, but I'd like to enhance the smooth slope from my back to my buttocks slightly. Do you think liposuction alone would suffice, or should I contemplate a fat transfer to the upper part of my buttocks for a modest increase in projection? For context, I stand at 5'5" and weigh 175lbs.
