Dr. Zeynep Korkmaz

Born in 1984 in Ankara, Dr. Zeynep Korkmaz completed her primary education at Private Çağ College Primary School and her secondary education at Adana Chamber of Commerce Anatolian High School. She then attended Adana Science High School, graduating in 2002 with an honor certificate. Dr. Korkmaz furthered her education in the United Kingdom, studying at Canterbury College in 2000 and receiving a certificate in foreign language education.

Dr. Korkmaz earned her medical degree from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2008. She specialized in Gynecology and Obstetrics at Dokuz Eylül University, completing her residency in 2014. Dr. Korkmaz fulfilled her State Service Obligation at İzmir Menemen State Hospital and continued her education in sexual medicine, receiving a Sexual Therapy Practice Certificate in 2017 from the Sexual Health Institute Association (CİSED). In 2018, she completed the Sexual Medicine Education Program by the European Society for Sexual Medicine and the Multidisciplinary Joint Committee of Sexual Medicine.

In February 2018, Dr. Korkmaz passed the rigorous examination of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine, becoming a Fellow of this committee, recognized as a significant accreditation in the field of sexual medicine.

Dr. Korkmaz has also obtained certificates in Ultrasonography, Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy, the use of Experimental Animals, Microsurgical Practice, and Cosmetic Gynecology & Genital Aesthetic Surgery. She practices in Izmir, focusing on gynecology, obstetrics, and sexual medicine.
