About Doctor Umit Taskin
Born in Antalya in 1974, Dr. Umit Taskin spent his foundational educational years there before pursuing medical studies. He began his medical education in 1990 at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine (English program). Dr. Taskin’s medical specialization was rooted in the Haseki Training and Research Hospital ENT Clinic, where he started working as a specialist in 1997, subsequently earning expertise in ENT and Head and Neck Diseases in 2001.
Dr. Umit Taskin presently serves as a lecturer at Istanbul Gelişim University. In terms of research, he has contributed significantly with over 40 foreign research articles and 20 domestic research articles spanning various medical contexts. Among his specialized interests, he has a notable focus on Nose Aesthetics and Facial Aesthetics, collaborating with ISTANBUL AESTHETIC company since its inception in 2007.
