Dr. Sibel Dogan

Dr. Sibel Dogan is an associate professor in the Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases at Hacettepe University. She completed her undergraduate education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, graduating in 2004. Following this, Dr. Dogan achieved her specialty in Skin and Venereal Diseases from the same university in 2009.

In 2018, Dr. Dogan was appointed as an associate professor, reflecting her academic and professional development in her field. She expanded her expertise by completing a Master’s degree in Immunology in 2019, focusing her thesis on this area.

Dr. Dogan’s professional interests center around immunological and allergic diseases of the skin, with particular attention to conditions such as psoriasis and urticaria. Her approach to these diseases emphasizes understanding their immunological underpinnings and treatments.

Her career includes a period as a head assistant at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital from 2013 to 2014 and as an assistant professor at Hacettepe University’s Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases until 2018.
