Dr. Ozlem Bicer

Born in Istanbul in 1973, Dr. Ozlem Bicer pursued her medical education from the University of Trakya, Edirne, graduating in 1998. Furthering her professional growth, Dr. Bicer underwent specialized training on hair surgery, licensed by the Health Ministry of the Turkish Republic. She also honed her expertise in hair loss treatments, Mesotherapy, and aesthetics in France in 2002.

Her professional life has primarily been based in Istanbul. Dr. Bicer began her practice in aesthetic and hair surgery in several private clinics between 1999 and 2002. Since 2002, she has been offering hair transplant services at her authorized clinic, specializing in procedures like FUE and FUT.

Being deeply invested in her field, Dr. Bicer actively participates in global conferences. Topics of her involvement span from FUT and FUE techniques, hair loss treatments, regenerative medicine to dermatopathology of the scalp. Whether as a speaker, trainer, or a member, she has consistently contributed to the hair restoration community.

Dr. Bicer extends a variety of treatments in her practice. These include PRP, mesotherapy, stem cell, and tailored hair loss treatments.

Dr. Bicer has always prioritized providing focused attention to her patients. This commitment is evident as she limits herself to performing one hair transplant procedure a day. She believes in maintaining high ethical standards, ensuring both effective communication and clinical proficiency.

Beyond her professional endeavors, she has published a poetry book, directing its proceeds to support the education of orphans. On a personal front, she has been married for 27 years and has a 25-year-old son.
