Dr. Onur Akman

Dr. Onur Akman was born in 1987 in Istanbul. Following his primary education in Beşiktaş, he graduated from Pertevniyal High School and subsequently enrolled in Istanbul Medical Faculty. In 2011, after completing his medical studies, he took a position in the emergency room of Tekirdağ Saray State Hospital.

Seeking specialization, Dr. Akman then spent five years at Istanbul Bezmialem University, focusing on Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. During this period, he was involved in numerous surgeries and interventions. By February 2017, he transitioned from his assistantship to a specialist doctor role. That same year, he was acknowledged by the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Association for his experimental work.

He served at Hatay State Hospital and later collaborated with a private hospital in Istanbul from 2019 to 2022. Concurrently, in January 2021, he began his academic journey as a lecturer at Altınbaş University in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery.

His experience spans several medical institutions, including the Chung Gung Medical Hospital in Taiwan and Medicana International Hospital in Istanbul. Dr. Akman is affiliated with Altınbaş University and provides his expertise through ClinicHub. He holds a certification from the Turkish Plastic Surgery Association, emphasizing his area of specialization in plastic and post-bariatric surgical procedures.
