Dr. Okan Morkoc

Dr. Okan Morkoc, born in 1979 in Kars, began his academic journey at Kabataş High School. He pursued his interest in the medical field at Akdeniz University and was recognized with a certificate of honor upon earning his medical degree.

Drawn to surgical disciplines, Dr. Morkoc specialized in Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery. He underwent his specialty training at the Plastic Surgery Clinic of Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. After completing this training, he fulfilled his mandatory military service.

Dr. Morkoc's Compulsory Public Service period saw him perform a range of aesthetic and plastic surgery procedures at Sivas State Hospital and Denizli Servergazi State Hospital. During this period, he also expanded his expertise to include hair transplantation techniques.

On a personal note, during his state service, Dr. Morkoc married a fellow medical professional. Following this period, he transitioned into private practice in Istanbul, where his work primarily encompassed aesthetic surgery.

Prior to his affiliation with Sapphire Hair Transplant Clinic, Dr. Morkoc had stints as a Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeon at Sivas Numune Hospital and Servergazi State Hospital. His responsibilities included performing a variety of procedures, including hair transplant surgeries.

Dr. Morkoc has been active in his field's research community, having contributed to several studies and presented his work at national and international congresses. He continues to practice in Istanbul, providing a range of aesthetic and plastic surgery services.
