Dr. Mustafa Keskin

A renowned figure in the field of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, Mustafa Keskin bases his practice in Istanbul. Born in Ordu on September 4, 1973, Keskin started his academic journey at Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School. His pursuit of knowledge led him to Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1990, culminating in a Medical Doctorate conferred on July 1, 1996.

After achieving this, Keskin specialized in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, Ondokuz Mayıs University. From November 1996 to March 2002, he pursued his specialty, successfully earning it on March 22, 2002.

In 2003, Keskin further broadened his skills as an Investigative Fellow in a clinic in Michigan, USA, guided by the esteemed Ian T Jackson. During his tenure from May 1, 2003, to May 1, 2004, he conducted three experimental and four clinical studies, significantly contributing to the field.

After returning to his homeland, he began his role as a lecturer at Selcuk University's Meram Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery on August 27, 2004. He also served as a reserve officer at the Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic of the Gülhane Military Medical Academy Haydarpaşa Training Hospital in Istanbul from 2006 to 2007.

His career advanced further with a position at the Istanbul Medipol University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery from 2011 to 2021. Alongside these roles, Keskin was honored with the title of Associate Professor in April 2010 and Professor in 2015, acknowledging his remarkable contributions to medical academia.

Keskin currently operates a private practice, applying his extensive expertise in plastic and aesthetic surgery.

On the personal front, Keskin is married to İlknur Keskin, and they are parents to two sons, Utku and Arda.
