Dr. Muharrem Demirogullari was born in 1964 in Eskişehir, where he also pursued his primary and secondary education. His medical studies took place at the GATA Faculty of Medicine, where he earned his medical degree in 1988.

After his one-year internship at GATA, Dr. Demirogullari served as a military doctor. Dr. Muharrem Demirogullari underwent additional training at TAF Eskişehir Air and Space Physiology Center. Thereafter, Dr. Demirogullari held the position of a flight doctor for two years at multiple locations including Kayseri 12th Air Transport Base Command and Etimesgut 12th Air Transport Group Command.

From 1991 to 1997, Dr. Demirogullari underwent specialized training at Ankara GATA Gülhane Military Medical Faculty's Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic. His role expanded when he took on the position of Plastic Surgery Clinic Chief at Etimesgut 600-Bed Air Hospital from 1997 to 2008.

Dr. Muharrem Demirogullari spent time in the USA at Albert Einstein University's Montefiore Medical Center between 2001-2002 as a visiting fellow with Prof.Dr. Berish Strauch.

His contributions extended to the TAF Rehabilitation and Special Care Center where he served as Vice President from 2008-2010. By January 2010, Dr. Demirogullari retired from the TAF and embarked on a full-time medical practice. His independent practice began in Ankara-Gaziosmanpaşa International Well Woman & Man Clinic in 1997, and he continued private practice since 2005.
