After completing his studies, Dr. Bayat Shabazi practiced for three years in Khorramabad and another three years in Qom as a general and plastic surgery specialist. Hump on nose bridge 4.5 months after revision septorhinoplsty. Hump didn't exist prior to the surgery. Nasal dorsum feels at some parts soft but also like a hard bone especially where the hump is more prominent.
