Born in Malatya in 1982, Dr. Isa Ozbay started his medical education at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 1999. In his 4th year, he received an Honorary Certificate for his grade point average.
He completed his seven-year course, which included an English preparatory year, in 2006. Later that year, after passing the TUS exam, he began specializing in ENT diseases at Istanbul Haseki Training and Research Hospital, becoming an ENT specialist by 2011.
He completed his mandatory service at Diyarbakır Training and Research Hospital. He then joined Dumlupınar University as an assistant professor. He also undertook a six-month fellowship at Ohio State University's Wexner Medical Center in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
