Dr. İrfan Aydın's academic journey began at Marmara University's Faculty of Medicine (1987-1995), followed by an intensive specialization in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Istanbul University (1995-2001). His commitment to advancing his expertise led him to gain international experience, including a pivotal role as the first assistant during an active rotation at St. Agatha Krankenhaus in Cologne, Germany (November 2001).

Dr. Aydın has actively participated in numerous workshops and presentations across the globe, notably at IPRASS 1999 in San Francisco and the Palomar Medical Technologies Slimlipo Workshop in the Netherlands. In his quest for excellence, Dr. Aydın successfully passed the United States Medical License Examination (USMLE Steps 1-2) and the European Board of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery exams, marking his acceptance into the European Union Academy of Plastic Surgery. He is also a founding member and former president of the Hair Transplantation and Transplantation Surgery Association.

His proficiency is further evidenced by his completion of advanced aesthetic courses in Paris (2006), focusing on facial and body aesthetic treatments, and a basic microsurgery course at Şişli Etfal Hospital (2000).
