Dr. İlker Arslan is a professional in the field of dentistry. Born in 1977 in Kırşehir, Dr. Arslan's experience of dentistry began with his early education at Kırşehir Cumhuriyet Primary School, followed by his secondary education at Kırşehir Hacı Fatma Erdemir Anatolian High School.

His academic path led him to Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry, where he earned his degree in 2001. His doctoral thesis, titled "Evaluation of Post Systems together with Different Superstructure Restorations," marked a significant milestone in his academic career.

In 2010, Dr. Arslan co-founded Dent Suadiye Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic on Bağdat Street, Istanbul, alongside his associate, Dr. Ahmet Pınar.
