Dr. Ihsan Turkmen

Dr. Ihsan Turkmen is a renowned Aesthetic and Plastic Surgeon. His commitment to the medical field and continual skill advancement has led him to work with esteemed hospitals and publish numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Turkmen's educational journey began at Istanbul University's Çapa Faculty of Medicine, where he studied from 2002 to 2008. Notably, during his second year, he expanded his academic horizons by participating in a student exchange program (TURKMSIC). This opportunity took him to the Zagreb Clinical Hospital Dubrava in Croatia, where he underwent a one-month training course in vascular surgery.

Following his initial education, Dr. Turkmen ventured into the field of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. In 2010, he embarked on his specialized training at Istanbul Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. Furthering his commitment to the medical field, he completed the 24th Basic Microsurgery Course organized by the Reconstructive Microsurgery Association in March 2015. The successful completion of this rigorous training led to his microsurgery certification.

By 2015, Dr. Turkmen had earned the prestigious title of a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. He then served at Mardin State Hospital as a Plastic Surgery Specialist, fulfilling his compulsory service. His work in Mardin, particularly his frequent aesthetic surgery operations, drew significant attention from the press and the general public. Furthering his global medical experience, he attended the Dorsum Preservation Rhinoplasty (letdown-pushdown) Cadaver Course in Barcelona in April 2017.

After his tenure in Mardin, Dr. Turkmen transitioned to the Acıbadem Ankara Hospital in 2017, where he served as an Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery specialist. Since May 2019, he has been contributing his valuable services at Istanbul's Vanity Aesthetic Surgery Clinic.

In his practice, Dr. Turkmen continually works to develop his aesthetic visual abilities through pattern and sculpture studies, known to enhance one's aesthetic eye. He extends these cultivated skills to his patients, delivering high-quality care and services.

In addition to his professional commitments, Dr. Turkmen leads a happy family life. He is married and is the father of a daughter and a son.

Presently, Dr. Turkmen operates the "Turkmen Exclusive Clinic" in Bagdat Square, Istanbul. Here, he continues to set standards for excellence in patient care and service.
