Dr. Hasan Tuna Turkmen

Dr. Hasan Tuna Türkmen has made significant contributions in the realm of plastic and reconstructive surgery, leveraging his diverse experience gained across international territories like South Korea and Belgium.

Dr. Türkmen began his medical journey at Ondokuz Mayıs University. Post his graduation, he delved into specialized surgical procedures, such as face and arm transplants. Between 2014 and 2019, he conducted a variety of operations, carving a niche in the sectors of microsurgery and aesthetic surgery.

Over a period of 12 years, Dr. Türkmen has gained experience that reflects adherence to global standards of medical practice. 

In 2017, Dr. Türkmen further broadened his professional horizon at the Plastic and Reconstructive Clinic of the University of Leuven, Belgium. Under the tutelage of Prof. J.J.Vranckx, he participated in a series of operations centered around breast reconstruction and aesthetic breast surgery.

Upon completion of his specialized training, he applied his skills as a plastic surgery specialist at the Ardahan State Hospital. Here, Dr. Türkmen was involved in over 1000 operations related to reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. After his mandatory service, he served at several aesthetic clinics in Istanbul, extending his professional reach.

Dr. Türkmen's dedication towards his profession led him to achieve the title of 'EBOPRAS Fellow' in 2022. This milestone came about after he successfully cleared the written and oral examinations conducted by the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) in Belgium.
