Dr. Irmak's path into medicine began at Istanbul University's Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine, where he graduated in 2007. He deepened his knowledge in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery during his residency at Sisli Etfal Education and Research Hospital between 2007 and 2013.

Dr. Irmak pursued additional specialized training during his fellowships at the University of Tokyo and Showa University in Japan in 2012.
