Born in 1984 in Ankara, Dr. Ergin Işik completed his secondary education at Erzurum İbrahim Hakkı Science High School in 2002. He then pursued his medical degree at Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine, graduating with honors in 2008.

In 2009, Dr. Işik began his specialization in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine. He furthered his specialization at Keçiören Training and Research Hospital starting in 2010, completing it in 2015.

Following his specialization, Dr. Işik served at Muş State Hospital as a Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist, where he also managed the burn unit. In 2016, he joined Ankara Gazi Mustafa Kemal Hospital, contributing to the wound care unit at Ulus State Hospital.

In 2017, Dr. Işik was responsible for the dermacosmetics department at Lokman Hekim Akay Hospital. In 2019, he opened his private practice, Op.Dr.Ergin IŞIK, in Ankara's Çukurambar district.
