Dr. Engin Ocal embarked on his medical journey with a graduation from Istanbul University's Faculty of Medicine in 2006. Following this significant milestone, he specialized at Hacettepe University, where he trained from 2006 to 2013.

I am a 33 year old female who has always been very self conscious about her nose from a very young age. Upon doing extensive research on which doctor would be the best to operate on my nose I came across Dr Engin Ocal from Doku Clinic and honestly I don’t have enough words to commend him on how amazing he is! His care for attention, compassion, expertise and knowledge are applaudable. He will work with you and he will always do what is best for you not just with regards to your appearance and skin type etc but most importantly functionality. He listened to all of my concerns and I am beyond pleased with my outcome.
My recovery journey has only just begun but from the beginning when I got into contact with Siban via WhatsApp up until being discharged from the clinic I have had the BEST experience. Siban is also amazing, he was always available to answer my concerns and questions and is an absolute brilliant point of contact. During the clinic visits I met with a lovely lady called Nisa who handled everything professionally and the aftercare by the nursing staff was incredible. I had absolutely 0 issues with Dr Engin or the team at Doku Clinic.
The clinic in itself is very clean and modern and every member of staff who I had any contact with was fantastic. I would highly highly recommend Dr Engin Ocal to anyone who is thinking of having a rhinoplasty or septo-rhinoplasty, choosing him was the best decision I made.

I contacted doku medical with regards to a consultation for my nose. I have thought about Septorhinoplasty for about 18 years. I had my surgery in February 2024.
I injured my nose when i was about 10 years old in school and the nhs only ever did a nose manipulation but it never really corrected the issue. I suffered for approximately 20 years with breathing and confidence however this gradually worsened with age to where it was affecting my sleep and daily life I decided to do research.
Doku medical helped me through the whole process with pictures and evaluation. I booked my package and all was very smooth and swift.
Upon the initial consultation face to face Dr.Engin Ocal was amazing he went through my every concern and with his great knowledge also managed my expectations, also explaining it will be complex and it may not be possible for it to be 100% straight due to the length of time the nose has been sitting in such a position. During surgery Dr. Engin worked extensively where he spent 6 hours on my procedure to accomplish what was required whereas a rather simpler surgery would take 3 hours.
The treatment at the hospital was great the facilities are amazing the staff are good too. The surgeon is very skilled with his work to be able to have done all this work with only one outer incision which is now no longer visible is incredible. The customer service was great whereby till this day any questions are answered through my host Anahita a lovely lady inside and out.
Thank you so much for correcting my breathing and making my quality of life much better. Looking forward for my return checkup 1 year post opp.
