Dr. Emine Sumeyye Unal

Dr. Emine Sümeyye Ünal was born on March 15, 1983, in Antakya. She completed her undergraduate studies at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2007 and earned her Master's Degree in Dermatology from Ankara Numune Education and Research Hospital in 2012.

Dr. Ünal's professional background includes positions at several medical institutions. From 2012 to 2019, she worked at Ankara Yenimahalle Training and Research Hospital. This was followed by roles at Lokman Hekim Akay Hospital, Koru Ankara Hospital, and as of 2022, at Angora Clinic. Her area of expertise is skin and venereal diseases.

Fluent in English, Dr. Ünal also holds certifications in wet cupping, hypnotherapy, and ozonetherapy. She is a member of the Ankara Skin and Venereal Diseases Association and the Turkish Dermatology Association.

In the academic sphere, Dr. Ünal has contributed to international refereed journals. Her publications cover a range of topics in dermatology, including sexually transmitted diseases, mucocutaneous warts, and rosacea. She was awarded the first prize for a poster presentation at the Dermatological Surgery Congress in 2018.
