Hello, I am uncomfortable with my nose because my face has weak features. I'm unsure about the specific correction needed, but could you please advise on the type of surgery required for the tip of the nose?

I'm thinking about getting a nose job, but my work schedule is pretty tight. Can I go back to work just a few days after the surgery? Like, can I use tape to help my nose and keep working without needing a lot of downtime?
