Dr. Caner Demircan

Dr. Caner Demircan holds a medical degree from Istanbul University's Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, where he studied from 2009 to 2015. Subsequently, he specialized in skin and venereology at Hacettepe University's Faculty of Medicine from 2016 to 2020.

During 2020-2021, Dr. Demircan was associated with Medicalpark Hospital in Ankara, where he applied his medical training. His clinical experience there encompasses various aspects of dermatology.

In the field of research, Dr. Demircan has co-authored articles in both national and international medical journals. His publications include a study on Stevens-Johnson Syndrome and Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis in Acta Medica, and research on melanoma-like pigmented cutaneous metastasis of breast carcinoma in the International Wound Journal. Additionally, he has contributed to studies on Nicolau Syndrome and its association with systemic lupus erythematosus and antiphospholipid antibody syndrome.

Dr. Demircan is a member of the Turkish Dermatology Association, Ankara Skin and Venereology Association, and the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology. These memberships indicate his involvement in professional circles relevant to his field.

His academic and professional credentials include a UEMS European Board of Dermatovenereology Certificate, acquired in 2020. Furthermore, he received recognition for his case reports at the 12th Turkish Dermatology Association Dermatology Winter School.
