Dr. Burak Ersen

Dr. Burak Ersen, originally from Mersin, is a highly accomplished plastic surgeon renowned for his expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. Graduating as the second highest-ranking student in his department at Maltepe University Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Ersen received a full scholarship for his medical education. As part of his academic journey, he spent a significant portion of his fifth year studying at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. 

Upon completing his medical education, Dr. Ersen pursued specialized training in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Uludağ University Hospital. Following the completion of his residency, he fulfilled his state service obligation by practicing in Kastamonu. During this period, Dr. Ersen successfully performed numerous plastic surgery procedures, earning him recognition and acceptance as a member of the European Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Association (EBOPRAS). His exceptional performance in the written and oral exams held in the Netherlands and Belgium played a pivotal role in his acceptance.

After fulfilling his duty in Kastamonu, Dr. Ersen continued his professional journey, undertaking a diverse range of aesthetic and cosmetic operations in Istanbul and Bursa. He also had the opportunity to work temporarily at Uppsala Akademikliniken University Hospital in Sweden, further enriching his international experience.

Doctor Ersen currently attends to his patients at the Dr. Burak Ersen Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Clinic located in Ataşehir. Throughout his career, Dr. Ersen has demonstrated his commitment to staying at the forefront of his field by actively participating in courses focusing on body lifting, liposuction, liposculpture, otoplasty, and other plastic surgery procedures. His specializations lie in liposuction, liposculpture, body shaping, tummy tuck, otoplasty, and facial aesthetics.

Widely acknowledged for his engaging personality and meticulous attention to detail, Dr. Burak Ersen has successfully performed over 1000 procedures. His expertise has also led to the publication of more than 10 international and national publications, solidifying his position as a respected authority in the field of plastic surgery.
