Dr. Ahmet Harun Simsek

Dr. Ahmet Harun Simsek was born in Sivas in 1982 and completed his early education there. He advanced his medical education at Izmir Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Medicine from 2000 to 2007. From 2007 to 2012, he specialized in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Akdeniz University. During his time at Akdeniz University, he was involved in significant procedures, including Turkey's first face transplantation, the initial double arm transplantation, and the pioneering uterus transplantation surgeries under Prof. Omer Ozkan, MD. 

Throughout his career, Simsek collaborated with Prof. Ozkan's team on numerous aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries. His professional path took him to Adana Numune Training and Research Hospital between 2013 and 2015. He later served at Antalya Memorial and Antalya Medstar Hospitals from 2015 to 2018. In March 2018, he inaugurated his own clinic where he offers various services.

Simsek's areas of interest span across several facets of plastic surgery, including body contouring surgeries and non-invasive treatments for face and body. Outside the realm of medicine, his interests lie in scuba-diving, basketball, drumming, and travel.
