Dr. Abdul Muttalip Keser

Dr. Abdul Muttalip Keser is recognized in the field of aesthetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery, having completed his medical studies at Ankara University Medical Faculty in 1991. He further honed his expertise at Ankara Numune Education and Research Hospital, where he concentrated on plastic surgery from 1992 to 1997. In 1998, he went on to establish the Derma-Plast aesthetic surgery center, where he has been providing an array of aesthetic surgical services. A notable addition to his practice is the Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) technique for hair transplantation, which has been available at his clinic since 2003.

He embarked on rigorous scientific studies in 2002 and, throug research, developed the Follicular Unit Extractor. This instrument, designed over a period of 20 months in collaboration with Turkish and U.S. university departments, enables the harvesting of follicular units while preserving their integrity. The tool, an original creation of Dr. Keser, received patent approval from the Turkish Patent Institution in 2003, and subsequent steps were taken to secure international patent rights.
