When can I safely resume exercising after undergoing fat grafting?
I underwent liposuction on my inner thighs last year, but the initial procedure removed too much fat from the center of my thighs, leaving a noticeable depression and deformity. I had a revision surgery 15 days ago, during which the new surgeon removed additional fat from one thigh and added some fat to the depressed area. The swelling has decreased significantly, and the results are looking promising. However, I'm concerned about resuming physical activities. The surgeon advised waiting for four weeks. Can anyone provide information on when the transplanted fat typically establishes stability or if there's a risk of it not surviving?
Thanks for the question. After 4-6 weeks your operation area will healed and yes you can do workout and also do other sport activities. I wish you all the best.
