What steps should I take in this situation?

Hello, After the removal of my chin implant, I developed scar tissue, and subsequent steroid use has led to fat atrophy. I underwent chin implant placement in October 2021, which I had removed in February 2022. Following the removal, I've been left with a significantly enlarged chin area, which I suspect is due to extensive scar tissue. Unfortunately, steroid injections have resulted in fat atrophy. I'm wondering if there are alternative methods to address the scar tissue issue, such as surgical removal. Additionally, can saline injections be considered for the fat atrophy? Would advanced imaging techniques reveal the extent of scar tissue and fat atrophy? How can I address both of these concerns effectively?
