Doctors' Response

What are the options for reducing the arch in my nostrils?

Could someone provide guidance on how to reduce the arch in my nostrils? I generally like my nose and don't want a drastic alteration. I've consulted one doctor who suggested using ear cartilage, but he mentioned it may not be very effective. Are there alternative techniques or options that could be considered for this issue?

Hello, Thank you for your question.Alar retraction may be acquired by surgical procedure or genetically and this area needs to be supported. This problem can be resolved by supporting with cartilage tissues. But of course ; consultation is required to make a final assessment.

For permanent results for your nose you should think only about nose surgery, the other operations will be temporary
