What are the methods for eliminating white acne scars (bumps) on the back?

Hello, I've been dealing with these white marks on my back, which might be acne scars, but I'm not entirely sure. I've already undergone nearly 13 sessions of chemical peeling and microneedling, but unfortunately, I haven't noticed any significant improvements. My dermatologist suggested that chemical peels might be the only effective treatment, but after numerous sessions without results, I'm feeling a bit impatient. I was wondering if there might be an alternative approach to enhance their appearance. Thank you for your advice.
