Doctors' Response

Should I go for nose surgery or just get fillers?

My nose seems too big for my face, and I'm not a fan of the bulbous tip and wide ridge.

Hello dear,

Thank you for sharing your concern with us and trusting your issue to professionals.

Based on the pictures you have provided I would say that refining and changing the shape of your nose is quite achievable. Firstly I would like to assure you that your nose isn't big according to the propotion of your face and other facial features. But if you still feel unhappy with the looks of your nosemyou can undergo a rhinoplasty. I believe that a narrowing of the nose bridge and some nose tip elevation and refinement procedure will for sure help you get the results you desire. The thick skin “problem“ might limit you from having a very tiny and narrow nose, but it doesnt mean that you can’t have a slimmer and prettier nose. In any case, you will have to get an appointment with a good surgeon who has performed many rhinoplasty operations before and decide together on the shape you want and suits you better. Personally I have had a lot of patients sharing the same problem with you who have met their dreams after undergoing rhinoplasty.

Hope you find this information helpful.

Hi, Nonsurgical treatments can improve the shape of the nose, making it more balanced and symmetrical.

However, they will not make your nose smaller, on the contrary they will make bigger with a temporary time.

Your desired look can be achieved by a well-executed Rhinoplasty, Closed and Atraumatic technique will provide you maximal healing, minimum edema and swelling without a scar on your columella.

How can I determine the specific shape of my nose? I’m curious to know what category or type my nose falls into, based on its structure and appearance. Could you provide guidance on identifying my nose shape by looking at its features, such as the bridge, tip, and overall symmetry?

I've been thinking about possibly getting a nose job, but I've also had some fillers put in my nose before. I'm wondering if it's still possible to go ahead with the rhinoplasty despite having had fillers
