I've always felt self-conscious about my chubby cheeks. Could you suggest a suitable filler for my chin or cheeks?

Throughout my life, I've struggled with self-consciousness about my chubby cheeks. Despite being small and petite, my prominent chipmunk cheeks create the impression of excess weight on the top part of my body, while the rest of me is slender. I've made attempts to shed more weight and engage in facial exercises, but none of these efforts have yielded the desired results. I've always harbored the dream of having a slim face. Recently, someone suggested the idea of chin and cheek fillers, but I'm uncertain about this option, and I'm assuming the results won't be long-lasting. I'm currently 26 years old and maintain an active lifestyle. Your guidance and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Based on your photos, you seem like you would be a quite suitable candidate for a buccal fat removal procedure and benefit from it in regards to your issues. This procedure can help slim the lower face and reduce the chubbiness in the lower cheeks. Overdeveloped masseter muscles can also cause the lower face look wider and fuller which can be treated with Botox. It is best to consult a board certified facial plastic surgeon in person and discuss your options after a physical examination.
