Is this a typical side effect of the procedure?

I underwent my first PRP hair treatment approximately 13 days ago, and I'm currently experiencing swelling around and under my eyes. Is this a typical side effect of the procedure? I received my first PRP hair treatment 13 days ago. During the procedure, the doctor administered anesthesia in the form of a ring and made multiple PRP injections in the crown area. On the second day, I experienced pain in the treated area. I initially tried Tylenol, but it didn't provide relief, so I took one 400 mg Advil pill. Three days ago, I noticed significant swelling on my forehead (please refer to the attached photos), and I took 60 mg of prednisone. In the evening, I observed that the swelling had shifted to my nose bridge and the area around my eyes. Is this a normal reaction, and what might be the cause? Thank you for your assistance.

it is unlikely to see any swelling just 2 weeks after the PRP treatment .. Local anesthetic caused edema may happen just 1-2 days after treatment . it is better to have an appointment with your doc again to reevaluate the case.

Can PRP assist in reducing my under-eye circles? If it's a viable option, I'd like to find a specialist nearby. If PRP isn't suitable, what alternative treatments would you recommend? I understand that surgery may be a long-term solution, but could you provide an estimate of the cost?
