Can we do anything about that bump on the side of your nose or the dip in the bone there?

I've been noticing this bump on the side of my nose and a bit of a dip in the bone there. Is there anything we can do about it? It's been bothering me lately.

This situation is probably due to an unwanted fracture and fragmentation of your left side nasal bone during your first procedure. You should consider having that depression filled with injectables (non-invasive but temporary) or diced cartilage grafts (invasive but permanent).
