Doctors' Response

After septoplasty, the tip of my nose has drooped. What should I do to improve its appearance?

Hello, I underwent septoplasty 5 and a half months ago, but my nasal tip has drooped. Is there a solution to address this issue?

Hello, the healing process in septoplasty is 1 year. It will be healthier to wait until this process is completed. We recommend that you meet with your doctor who performed your surgery. You may have felt a drooping tip of the nose as the swelling decreased over time. If your aesthetic concerns continue, you can contact us.

Hello If you had a picture, I could give you more healthy information. Probably over time, the tip of your nose will drop a little more. If you are satisfied with other parts of your nose, you can be established from this problem with what we call type plasty for the tip of the nose only.

Hello, I did a lot of research about this operation and it takes about 1 year for the complete shape of the nose to be formed, and I can't comment until then.

If you are worried, why don't you go to a specialist to get properly examined??

I find myself blowing my nose at least 20 times a day, even when I don't have a cold. Lately, I've been noticing a lot of scabs in my nose due to dry breathing. Additio

They suggested an open surgery approach and pro

What is the optimal age range for septoplasty in women for the sake of health? How much time does it typically take for the nose to settle into its final position after the surgery? In terms of health considerations, is open or closed septoplasty generally considered more advisable? Thank you.

I am 18 days post-septorhinoplasty and have noticed that my nose feels quite firm and rigid. Can I expect it to become more supple and regain a natural feel over time? I underwent this procedure to correct issues that arose after a netball accident two years ago, which resulted in a prominent bump
